I’m writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional care I received during my recent stay at McKinley Park Care Center for the rehabilitation following my surgery. I like to recognize the following members of the physical therapy department. Tiffany, Ann, Shanna, Jackie, Merete. I would like to specifically recognize Chris and Jeff for going above and beyond. Chris and Jeff provided outstanding physical therapy. There patient encouragement during my rehabilitation sessions, truly motivated me to push through the discomfort to reach my goal outstanding physical therapy. They work with me every day. I want to express my gratitude to the following CNA’S for their kindness, and for ensuring my needs were met promptly and respectfully. Leela,Tava, Perita, Sandheya, Karen, Joshua and Lilly (Day Shift) Anna, Yitha, Elelta and Shea and Edith. McKinley Park Care Center is by far the nicest Skilled Nursing Facility in the greater Sacramento area. It is always very clean and the staff are so kind and knowledgable. This is a place that truly cares about their residents that live there whether they’re long-term or short-term. The Therapy team is awesome!!

Moreover, the exceptional activity directors and support staff approach their responsibilities with utmost seriousness and personal investment, inspiring a profound sense of patience and residency.

This facility and all of the staff have treated my husband with the utmost respect. Physical therapy and occupational therapy are amazing. Office & front desk people are professional and extremely friendly. There was a little hiccup with his transportation with dialysis but everybody worked towards the same goal which was fixing it and have not had a complaints since and my husband said the food is really good too. Let’s not forget the nurses they are so patient so professional so caring.

I visited my son William Kelley and the CNA and other staff was very helpful. The activities director even came by and greeted us.

During my stay of approximately a month and a week, I had a favorable experience at McKinley Park. The healthcare team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, and I did not encounter any concerns regarding safety or cleanliness. The wound care team was particularly noteworthy; they took the time to address my questions and expressed genuine satisfaction in witnessing patient recovery. Additionally, the physical and occupational therapy teams were outstanding, facilitating my return to daily activities after my illness. The activities department contributed positively to my experience by providing engaging daily activities that added enjoyment to my time at the facility. I also want to acknowledge the exceptional care provided by the CNAs, LVNs, and doctors. Their dedication made me feel comfortable and secure in their care. The staff at McKinley Park are committed professionals who undoubtedly deserve recognition beyond a standard rating. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend McKinley Park for anyone in need of care.
