Not that clean, more old folks home than rehab as we were told

Hi my brother came here about three months ago at MCKINLEY PARK CENTER and he is doing GREAT he’s open to all of the fun stuffed that there are doing he’s talking. More laughing moving around by himself in his wheelchair he gets along very well with all of the staff members I’m happy he’s at MCKINLEY PARK CENTER. I PERSONALLY GIVE 20 STAR 🌟

McKinley Care Center brings proficiency, efficiency and comfort all bundled with convenience. All covered by my Medicare and Medicaid! They also spoil patients with amazing daily activities and even paid at one point to rent the patients a snowcone truck for a day! It was amazing on a warm summer day. Most rooms have large 50inch tv’s, rooms consist of 2 patients and a bathroom to each room. Their staff is respectful first and foremost, and completely understanding none the less. They prepare treatment with kindness, consideration, respect, and your loved ones comfort in mind, the only thing that they don’t tolerate is hostility and disrespect. Respect is not given, it is earned, and my history of countless care facilities and hospitalizations, this care team has earned my respect and praise. Food 7 / 10 Comfort 10 / 10 Communicability 10 / 10 Accommodation 10 / 10 Whether your loved one is unruly or respectful, their team is capable of managing all those in need of long term care. T, D, A, M, Z, N, G, These initials of the care team I consistently dealt with and it spells it out, Too damn amazing!!! Thank you McKinley!!! 🫶🏻😍😇

The staff at McKinley Park Care Center are highly respectable, kind, knowledgeable, and skilled in their professions. They are fully dedicated to their patients and their families. My mom received physical therapy after her knee surgery there, and I would recommend this facility to any family needing such services.

The first facility I toured that smelled great, the admission ladies up front I toured with were very helpful and patient with all of my questions with my upcoming surgery. They introduced me to their therapy team and made me feel very welcomed and confident my recovery will go great. I got to peak into the gym while resident’s were doing therapy and everyone seemed happy. I feel less anxious about my recovery process thanks to mckinley and look forward to my stay.

Throughout my multiple visits to Mckinley Park, Care Center for surgery recovery I have consistency Felt a deep sense of belonging. The staffs, warm and genuine welcome has made me feel like I am among family the exceptional care provided by the LVN’s nurses, and our nurse practitioner has been truly impressive, as they have taken the time to thoroughly review my complicated records, provided personalized attention, and engage with me in a compassionate manner. I would be remiss if I did not express my appreciation for the exceptional work and dedication of the physical therapy and occupational therapy staff, a remarkable team of individuals, as I would not be able to forgive myself, for not recognizing their outstanding efforts. I appreciate the sense of community fostered through various activities, including bingo, movie nights, and special events, which the staff meticulously plan and execute. The activity. Team led by a remarkable coordinator and her assistance, have created a vibrant space where we can socialize, participate in activities, and even credits to purchase essentials items. I would like to acknowledge the selfless effort of staff members, like Melissa, who consistently go above, and beyond, often using their own resources to ensure our well-being. We are also fortunate to have church services every Sunday with Pastor Larry and Pastor Rose, his wife, where we come together to praise the Lord, and all are welcome, regardless of Christian denomination. As our beloved activity coordinator prepares to retire, I would like to express my deepest appreciation for her tireless dedication, which has had a profound impact on our lives. My stay here has been good I’ve been treated with respect and kindness. The staff here has been wonderful at their job.

The thing I enjoyed most was the activities because it was effective in keeping your mind off of your condition. The second thing was Physical Therapy because it helped you to stay motivated and keep your mind on your purpose. Everyone worked very hard and sometimes above and beyond. Especially Certain CNA’s. They were time, conscious and very thorough about completing each task every department worked in sync with the other.

Great rehab team. 5 Star facility. Located in the heart of East Sacramento. Could not recommend this facility enough. If you have a loved one looking for rehab, you have found your place.

Mckinley Park Care Center has a great care team, who values their residents and their staff are amazing. They always go above and beyond to help out their residents and address all their needs and concerns. By far a five star community if you don’t believe me come take a tour for yourself!!!

Everytime I went to visit, the staff was so welcoming and friendly! The facility also looks and smells so clean. Was very happy with my experience!
